Chances are, if you've tried to lose weight, this isn't a brand new process. Many dieters jump from one program to the next looking for that magic 14, 28, 60 or 90 day solution. Unless you find a program that fits within the context of your life, you'll be jumping for a long time. There is another way.
Take inventory of the foods you like to eat and the exercise you're able to do.
Commit to doing the exercise 2-3 times a week starting with a time limit you may feel silly about if you skip it...mine was 10 minutes when I started back. :)
With eating, start eating one more serving of produce every day.
