The YLF Framework
You'll exceed minimum daily actions that tie into weekly goals. We'll evaluate and adjust those goals as your program moves along. Tracking progress will be through photos, measurements and other metrics that are important to you.
Using All The Tools
Anything you can think of that helps with exercise, food choices and managing the rest of your day could be used in this program.
